TMP was founded in early 2026 with one clear focus: to help international clients buy and finance property in Portugal with confidence.

We charge no upfront fees. For purchases, we’re paid from the seller’s commission after completion. For mortgages, we receive a standard bank commission once the loan is finalised. For rental services, a fee applies.
TMP was created to bring structure, clarity and independence to that process.

Timothy McLennan has over 25 years of experience in real estate and mortgage advisory across both Portugal and the United Kingdom.
He is fully qualified to provide mortgage advice in both countries and holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate.
